INGREDIENTS OF BAKED PINEAPPLE HONEY GLAZE

  • Pineapple-1cut into ring
  • Honey-5-6 table spoon
  • Ginger julienne cut-1 inch
  • Water-2-3 table spoon
  • Chili flakes-1 table spoon

Preparation

  1. Place the slices of pineapple on a stand .

  3. Heat 2-3 tablespoons water in a non-stick pan. Put ginger juliennes and bring to a boil.

  5. Add red chilli flakes to the ginger-honey mixture, mix well and cook for a minute. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
