INGREDIENTS OF MANGO CUSTARD
FOR CUSTARD:
- Milk-11/2 cup
- Custard powder-2 tbsp
- Milk-1/4 cup
- Sugar-2tbsp
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
- Mango-1/2 cup , pulp
- Mango-1.5tbsp , chopped(for garnishing)
- Silver balls(for garnishing)
Preparation
Steps of Mango Custard recipe:
1.Boil 11/2cup milk in a thick bottom pan.
- In a bowl ,take the custard powder and 1/4cup milk.mix properly till all the lumps are gone.
- When the milk starts boiling, reduce the heat and pour the prepared custard powder mix.
4. Now add sugar and stir well.
5.Stir the milk continuously to prevent custard mixture from sticking at the bottom of the pan.
6.Cool the mixture completely.
7.Add mango pulp.
8.whisk smooth until custard and mango pulp is well combined.
9.Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
10.Enjoy mango custard chilled topped with mango cubes.
