Ajwain Poori is a puffed Indian bread which is flavored with carom seeds. Ajwain poori served with any curry of your choice and pickle.

INGREDIENTS OF AJWAIN POORI
- 2cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
- Salt , to taste
- 1tbs oil to make dough
- Water to make dough
- oil for frying
Preparation
Steps of Ajwain poori recipe:
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients whole wheat flour, carom seeds,salt with enough water .
2.Add sufficient water and knead to get a consistency of a stiff dough.
3 .Make equal small balls and roll using a rolling pin.The thickness of the dough must not be too thin.
- Heat oil in a Kadai with enough oil to fry the puris.
- Then carefully put the puris into the oil. Once it comes on top, with your ladel press the puri down so that it helps in puffing up. Then later turn the puri and cook on both the side till you get a golden brown colour.
- Once done, take out on a kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil.
- Serve your delicious Ajwain Puris with Amritsari Aloo or Black chana masala.
