- Mangoes ripe – 2
- Sugar-1tbsp (if mangoes are sweet, skip adding sugar)
- Cardamom powder – 1tsp
- Milk-1cup
- Water- 1cup

- Sliced Almond

Steps of Aam Ras recipe:
- Wash the mangoes .Peel and cut into small pieces.
2.In a blender take pieces of mangoes,milk,sugar,water and cardamom powder.Blend into smooth puree.
3.Before serving, chill for an hour and then serve with some hot fluffy pooris.
