Pineapple cake

Pineapple cake is a soft moist cake perfect dessert for birthdays, special occasions. I am using here heavy bottom pan to bake cake.

Today we will learn how to make Pineapple cake with this easy recipe with step wise pictures.

INGREDIENTS OF PINEAPPLE CAKE

DRY INGREDIENTS

  • Wheat flour or all purpose flour- 11/2cups
  • Baking soda -1/2teaspoon
  • Baking powder-2 teaspoon
  • Salt – a pinch

WET INGREDIENTS

  • Jaggary/sugar -1/2cup or according your choice
  • oil-1/2cup
  • Pineapple-1cup,make puree
  • Pineapple-2tablespoon,chopped

Preparation

Steps of Pineapple cake recipe:

  • Make pineapple puree using grinder.
  • In a bowl put oil, add jaggary or sugar whisk it untill soft and fluffy using manual beater or can use electric blender also.
  • Then add pineapple puree,mix well.
  • Sieve all the dry ingredients and put it and mix well.
  • Now add chopped pineapple, mix well.
  • Your cake batter is ready to use.

For baking using heavy bottom pot or kadhai

  • Once cake batter is ready then take a thick bottom kadhai or pan and put it on the gas to preheat for 10min.
  • Put salt on the pan and stand or plate into the center of the kadhai.cover with a lid and preheat at medium flame.
  • Grease a cake mould with oil and pour the cake batter into it.
  • Put it inside the kadhai for baking and cover with a lid.
  • Bake it for 40 -45min at medium flame .
  • Insert a toothpick or knife in the middle of the cake if it’s clear then your cake is ready.
  • Remove and cool completely.
  • Unmould and serve.
  • you can Bake it in 150 degree c for 40 to 50 mins.
