INGREDIENTS OF RAW BANANA PARATHA
For dough
- Wheat flour-2cups
- Oil or ghee -1tablespoon
- Salt as per taste
- Water as per requirement
For stuffing
- Raw banana-2boiled
- Salt to taste
- Oil-as needed
- Turmeric powder-1/2teaspoon
- Chili powder- 1teaspoon
- Garam masala-1teaspoon

Preparation
Steps of Raw banana paratha recipe:
- To make the dough, take a bowl add flour,salt, oil and knead all the ingredients well into a soft dough by adding water little by little.
- Add few oil,Cover and keep dough a side for about 10 minutes.
- For boiling banana,cut the banana into 2 pieces. In a cooker take banana pieces,salt ,water and give 2 whistles.Dont over cook it.
- Once done, release the pressure naturally, remove the skin and mash it into a fine paste.
- In a bowl take mashed banana,chili powder, turmeric powder,garam masala, salt and mix well.
- Divide the dough into large lemon size balls.
- Flatten one dough and fill the stuffing and Bring the edges together and make them into balls.
- Roll them into rotis.
- Heat tawa. Put the paratha on the tawa and let it cook from both side until you find small brown spots.
- Apply ghee on both the sides and cook for some more time.
