INGREDIENTS OF SOYA CHUNK MASALA FRY
- Soya chunks-200gm
- Ginger garlic paste-1tablespoon
- Besan – 1/2cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil-2table spoon
- Turmeric powder-1/2teaspoon
- Chili powder- 1teaspoon

Preparation
Steps of Soya chunk masala fry recipe:
- Soak soya chunk for 15min with hot water.
- Drain the water and squeeze the water out from soya chunk.
- In a mixing bowl,take squeezed soya chunks, besan, chili powder,turmeric powder,salt, ginger garlic paste, mix well. Keep for 5-10 min.
- Heat the oil in a pan .
- Then add masala coated soya chunk and fry both side till golden brown on medium heat.
- Enjoy masala soya chunk fry with rice. .
