INGREDIENTS OF MINT RICE
- Cooked Rice-2cups
- Cumin seeds-1teaspoon
- Bay leave-1
- Salt to taste
- Oil/ghee-1table spoon Masala paste
- Pudina leaves-1cup
- Cumin seeds-1teaspoon
- Clove-3-4
- Cardamom-2
- Star anise-1
- Black pepper-4-5
- Onion-1chopped
- Ginger-1/2inch
- Garlic cloves-4-5

Preparation
Steps of Mint rice recipe:
- Take all ingredients of ” masala paste” In a mixer, grind it to smooth paste. Keep aside.
- Heat the ghee or oil in a pan and kadhai,add cumin seeds,bay leaves and saute for 30 seconds on low heat.
- Add masala paste of mint and saute until the raw smell disappears over low to medium heat.Then add turmeric powder mix.
- Add rice ,salt and saute for 4-5 minutes .
- Enjoy flavor full mint rice with boondi raita.
