INGREDIENTS OF PEANUT SALAD

  • Boiled peanuts-1cup, chopped
  • Onion-1medium size, chopped
  • Tomato-1medium size, chopped
  • Carrot-1medium size, chopped
  • Green chili -2chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black salt -1/2teaspoon
  • Chat masala-1tea spoon
  • Chili powder-1/2teaspoon(optional)
  • Lemon juice-1teaspoon

  • In a mixing bowl, take all ingredients.
  • Mix well.
