Sweet corn🌽 Dosa

INGREDIENTS OF SWEET CORN DOSA

  • Rice-1/2cup
  • Urad dal-1/2cup
  • Sweet corn kernels-1cup
  • Garlic cloves-4-5
  • Cumin seeds-1teaspoon
  • water-as required
  • Green chili -2
  • Oil-to fry dosa
  • Salt as per required

Preparation

Steps of Sweet corn dosa recipe:

Making dosa batter

  • Wash and soak the rice and urda dal in sufficient water for 4hr or over night.
  • In a mixing grinder grind soaked dal, rice, sweet corn kernels, green chili, garlic cloves, ginger by adding 1/2cup water and blend into smooth batter.
  • Then add salt,mix well.
  • Add little water to the batter to get the required consistency. Batter is ready.

Making Dosa

  • Heat the pan for a few seconds.Add 1 teaspoon of oil and wipe it with a paper towel. Take a ladar full of batter and spread it on the heated pan in a circular motion.
  • Smear the oil or ghee over the dosa.
  • cook it on a medium flame.
  • Cook till bottom side starts to turn golden brown. No need to flip .
  • Serve the crispy sweet corn dosa hot with any chutney of your choice.
