Raw banana tava fry is a crispy banana fry made with unripe banana. It is a no onion no garlic recipe.Raw banana fry is a easy and less time consume recipe.This is my mother’s recipe.

It goes well with steamed rice .

INGREDIENTS OF KANCHA KADALI BHAJA

  • Raw banana – 1
  • Curry leaves – 1 string
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil – 1tablespoon

Preparation

Steps of kancha kadali bhaja recipe:

  • Wash and Peel the banana lightly. Slice them in thin rounds and put them in a bowl of water and a bit of salt , to avoid darkness of banana . 
  • Heat oil in a shallow frying pan or tava. Put sliced banana, salt, some curry leaves. Mix well and cook over low to medium flame till crisp.
  • Enjoy your crisp healthy raw banana fry with hot steamed rice.
