INGREDIENTS OF KANCHA KADALI BHAJA
- Raw banana – 1
- Curry leaves – 1 string
- Salt as per taste
- Oil – 1tablespoon

Preparation
Steps of kancha kadali bhaja recipe:
- Wash and Peel the banana lightly. Slice them in thin rounds and put them in a bowl of water and a bit of salt , to avoid darkness of banana .

- Heat oil in a shallow frying pan or tava. Put sliced banana, salt, some curry leaves. Mix well and cook over low to medium flame till crisp.
- Enjoy your crisp healthy raw banana fry with hot steamed rice.
