INGREDIENTS OF CHATPATA BHINDI ALU FRY
- Bhindi /Lady finger – 250 gm
- Aloo/Potato – 1medium size (diced)
- Onion – 1sliced
- Salt as per taste
- Garlic cloves -4-5 chopped
- Oil – 2 table spoons
- Red chilly powder – 1teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Amchur powder/dry mangoo powder- 1teaspoon
- Cumin powder -1/2teaspoon

Steps of Chatpata bhindi alu fry recipe
- At first heat 1tbs oil in a nonstick pan or kadhai and fry aloo cubes till golden brown and Keep aside.
- Heat 1tablespoon oil in a kadhai or heavy bottomed pan. Put 1pinch of hing, chopped garlic, sliced onion, saute for a minute.
- Wash, cleaned dry ladies finger. Chop them and put in the kadhai. Add salt ,chili powder and turmeric powder after cooking for 3-4 .
- Now add fried potatoes,amchur powder,cumin powder mix properly and fry till done.
- Enjoy chatpata alu bhindi with rice or roti.
