INGREDIENTS OF SWEET CORN PANNER MASALA
- Sweet corns – 1cup
- Paneer – 250 grams (diced)
- Tomato puree – 2
- Salt as per taste
- Cumin seeds-1teaspoon
- Oil – 2tablespoon
Masala paste
- Red chilly powder – 1teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Coriander powder – 1teaspoon
- Garam masala-1teaspoon
- Cumin seeds powder-1/2teaspoon
- Water as required
Onion-Ginger- garlic paste
- Onion-1chopped
- Garlic cloves-6-7
- Ginger– 1 inch
- Cardamom-2
- Black pepper-6-7
- Water as required to paste

Preparation
Steps of Sweet corn Panner masala recipe:
- At first make paste of ingredients of onion-garlic paste by adding 2table spoon water. Keep aside.
- In a bowl take ingredients of masala paste, add 2spoon of water and mix properly. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, add cumin seeds.

- Add onion ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disapear.
- Add masala paste , saute by adding 2table spoon water..
- Now add corn kernel s to the pan and mix properly. Add half water, cook till done.
- Add tomato puree, paneer cube, salt.Mix everything well.
- Cover and let the masala cook for 2 minutes over low flame until the masala gets absorbed into the paneer nicely.
- Sweet corn paneer masala is now ready.
- Turn off the flame and transfer it to a serving bowl.
- Enjoy flavorful sweet corn paneer masala with rice or roti or puri.
