INGREDIENTS OF POHA MILKSHAKE

  • Poha/chuda-1cup
  • Chilled milk-2-3 cups
  • Ripe banana-1
  • Coconut-small pieces-1/4cup(optinal)
  • Amul-1/2 cup(optional)
  • Apple- 1 chopped (optional)
  • Roasted peanut-2tbs
  • Soaked Almond,cashew-2tbs
  • Sugar-2tbs ,according your taste
  • Pomegranate seeds—for presentation

Preparation

Steps of Poha milkshake recipe:

1.Heat 1tbs ghee in a pan and roast the poha until crispy under low flame. Keep aside.

2.In a mixer jar take roasted poha, chopped banana, chopped apple, coconut pieces, amul, sugar,roasted peanut, soaked almond And cashew, chilled milk. Now blend it.
