- Poha/chuda-1cup
- Chilled milk-2-3 cups
- Ripe banana-1
- Coconut-small pieces-1/4cup(optinal)
- Amul-1/2 cup(optional)
- Apple- 1 chopped (optional)
- Roasted peanut-2tbs
- Soaked Almond,cashew-2tbs
- Sugar-2tbs ,according your taste
- Pomegranate seeds—for presentation

1.Heat 1tbs ghee in a pan and roast the poha until crispy under low flame. Keep aside.

2.In a mixer jar take roasted poha, chopped banana, chopped apple, coconut pieces, amul, sugar,roasted peanut, soaked almond And cashew, chilled milk. Now blend it.
