INGREDIENTS OF CORN PAKODA
- Sweet corn kernels boiled -2cups
- Onion-½ chopped
- Besan / gram flour-1/4 cup
- Turmeric / haldi-¼ tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder-½ tsp
- Green chili-2-3 chopped
- Few coriander leaves chopped
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation
Steps of Corn pakoda recipe:
1. Take boiled sweet corn kernels in grinding jar ,grind coarsely.


2.In a mixing bowl take corn paste, besan, chopped onion ,turmeric powder ,chilli powder, green chili, few chopped coriander leaves and salt.
3.Combine well without adding water.
4.Heat sufficient oil for frying .
5.Now drop the corn pakoda mixture, making rough balls into hot oil.
6.Stir occasionally, and fry on medium flame.
7.Fry till the pakora turns crispy and golden.
8.Serve crispy corn pakoda with chutney or tomato sauce.
