- Sago -1/2cup
- Milk-1cup
- Sugar-3-4tsp
- Ripe banana-1
- Cardamom powder-1/4tbs
Garnishing
- Cashew nuts and resins -5-6
Preparation
Steps of Sago Milkshake recipe:
- Soak the sabudana for 6-7 hr or overnight in water.
Soaked sabudana - In a blender take cold milk,sugar,soaked sabudana,sliced banana,cardamom powder and make a smooth paste.
Add sliced banana,,sugar,cardamom powder Milk Smooth paste - In a serving glass put milk shake and topping with cashews and resins.
