INGREDIENTS OF ALOO PHULKA
- Wheat flour -1cup
- Oil-1tbsp
- Boiled potatoes -2 medium
- Flour to roll the rotis- 2 tbsp; in a plate
- Salt to taste
- Water to make dough about ¼ cups
- Ghee/butter to brush the top
Preparation
Steps of Aloo phulka recipe:
1.Peel off the skin and thoroughly mash the potatoes.


2.In a bowl take the flour, mashed potatoes, salt, and oil . Mix well all the ingredients.

3.Make dough by adding little water.
4.Cover the dough and leave it for 10 minutes.

5.Make small rounds of the dough.

6.Now roll the ball with the help of little dry flour into a 5-6 inch circle.

7.Heat tawa ,place roti cook both side of the roti.



Aloo Phulka is ready enjoy with curry.
