INGREDIENTS OF ALOO CUTLET
- Potato / aloo -2( boiled & mashed)
- Oats/cornflour(i used here oats)- ¼ cup
- Onion/piaja -1medium( chopped)
- Green chili/kacha lanka-2 ( chopped)
- Oil-for frying
- Salt /luna to taste
- Red chili powder/lanka gunda-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder/haladi gunda-1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder/Dhania gunda-½ tsp
- Chat masala-½ tsp Preparation
Steps of Aloo cutlet recipe:
1.In a mixing bowl, take all ingredients listed (For cutlet).
2.Mix well making sure everything is combined well and prepare the patties.

3. Shallow fry or pan fry the patties in hot oil.
4.Potato cutlet is ready .
Serve hot with some ketchup.
