A very soft idli made with moong sprouts, spinach and semolina. It is perfect as a snack, breakfast and lunch box.It is very high in fibre and very nutritious.

INGREDIENTS OF MOONG SPROUT RAVA IDLI
- Moong sprout- 1 cup
- Spinach washed and chopped-1/2 cup
- Sooji/Rava, coarse-1.5 cup
- Yogurt /curd-1 cup
- Baking soda-1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida-1/4 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Steps of Moong sprout rava idli recipe:
1.Grind sprouted moong and spinach together make a smooth paste.
2.In a bowl take rava, sprouted moong and spinach paste and yogurt.Mix them well.
3.Add salt, asafoetida and soda and mix them properly.Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
4.Grease the idli mould and put the batter.
5.Then put the idli mold in the steamer filled with water and cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
6. Remove the idlis from mold and serve it with chutney of your choice.
Note:- After adding the soda do not over stir the mixture. Gently mix the batter and keep it aside covered for 15 minutes.)
