INGREDIENTS OF VEGGIE STIR FRY
- Onion- sliced thin1 medium
- Garlic clove ,chopped-2-3
- Carrots-1 cup sliced
- Cabbage-1 cup sliced
- Sweet corn 1 cup boiled
- Red bell pepper -1 cut into strips
- Yellow bell pepper- 1 cut into strips
- Green bell pepper-1 cut into strips
- Turmeric powder-1/3 tablespoon
- Chili powder-1tbs
- Garam masala-1/2 tbs
- Salt as per taste
- Oil-1/2 tablespoon
Steps of Vegetable fry recipe:
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot,add mustard seeds ,cumin seeds and green chilli till spluttering .
- Then add onion ,chopped garlic,stir fry for 2 minutes.
3.Add all vegetables,turmeric powder,chili powder,garam masala,salt,stir fry 5 to 7 minutes on medium flame .Do’nt over cook the veggies.
