INGREDIENTS OF CAULIFLOWER FRY
- Cauliflower cut into florets -2cups
- Oil-2 tblspn
- Mustard seeds-1/2 tspn
- Cumin seeds-1/2 tspn
- Garlic cloves- 2-3 finely chopped or minced
- Green chillies-2-3sliced
- Garam masala-1 tspn
- Coriander powder-1/2tspn
- Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
- Chilli powder-1tbsp
- Salt as per taste

Preparation
Steps of cauliflower fry recipe:
1.Heat the oil in a kadhai or heavy pan, over a high heat.
2.Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
3.As the mustard begins to pop, put Chopped garlic, green chili fry for aminute.
4.Then add cauliflower ,salt and all masala.
5.Stir and sauté for 5 – 7 minutes or until the cauliflower has turned somewhat brown or cooked properly.
Serve with Rice dal or roti.
