INGREDIENTS OF CAULIFLOWER FRY

  • Cauliflower cut into florets -2cups
  • Oil-2 tblspn
  • Mustard seeds-1/2 tspn
  • Cumin seeds-1/2 tspn
  • Garlic cloves- 2-3 finely chopped or minced
  • Green chillies-2-3sliced
  • Garam masala-1 tspn
  • Coriander powder-1/2tspn
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
  • Chilli powder-1tbsp
  • Salt as per taste

Preparation

Steps of cauliflower fry recipe:

1.Heat the oil in a kadhai or heavy pan, over a high heat.

2.Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds.2019-01-01-19-55-53

3.As the mustard begins to pop, put Chopped garlic, green chili fry for aminute.2019-01-01-19-56-28

4.Then add cauliflower ,salt and all masala.

5.Stir and sauté for 5 – 7 minutes or until the cauliflower has turned somewhat brown or cooked properly.2019-01-01-20-58-02

Serve with Rice dal or roti.
