INGREDIENTS OF MIX VEGGIES STIR FRY
- Onion, sliced thin-1 medium
- Garlic -2-3 cloves,chopped
- Carrots-1 cup sliced
- Cabbage-1 cup sliced
- Sweet corn-1 cup boiled
- Red bell pepper-1cut into strips
- Yellow bell pepper-1cut into strips
- Green bell pepper-1 cut into strips
- Turmeric powder- 1/3 tbs
- Chili powder-1 tbs
- Garam masala-1/2 tbs
- Salt as per taste
- Oil-1tbs
Preparation
Steps of Mix vegetables stir fry recipe:
1.Heat the oil in a pan on medium-high heat.
2.Put mustard seeds,cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.
3.Then add onion,green chili ,garlic; stir for 2 minutes.
4.Add all vegetables,turmeric powder,chili powder,garam masala,salt ; fry 5 to 7 minutes on medium flame .Dont over cook the veggies.
