INGREDIENTS OF MIX VEGGIES STIR FRY

  • Onion, sliced thin-1 medium
  • Garlic -2-3 cloves,chopped
  • Carrots-1 cup sliced
  • Cabbage-1 cup sliced
  • Sweet corn-1 cup boiled
  • Red bell pepper-1cut into strips
  • Yellow bell pepper-1cut into strips
  • Green bell pepper-1 cut into strips
  • Turmeric powder- 1/3 tbs
  • Chili powder-1 tbs
  • Garam masala-1/2 tbs
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil-1tbs

    Preparation

Steps of Mix vegetables stir fry recipe:

1.Heat the oil in a pan on medium-high heat.

2.Put mustard seeds,cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.

3.Then add onion,green chili ,garlic; stir for 2 minutes.2018-04-05-21-02-39

4.Add all vegetables,turmeric powder,chili powder,garam masala,salt ; fry 5 to 7 minutes on medium flame .Dont over cook the veggies.
