INGREDIENTS OF CRISPY BITTER GOURD FRIES

  • Bitter Gourds– (4 cups sliced)
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder– 1/2tsp
  • Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala-1tsp
  • Gram Flour / Besan – 1cup
  • Rice Flour– 1/4cup
  • Oil for Deep Frying

Preparation

Steps of Bitter gourd fry recipe:

1.Slice bittergourd into thin rounds. Now wash this really well and drain off the water.

2.In a bowl, take all the ingredients except oil and add sufficient quantity of water and mix well to form a smooth,medium thick batter .

3.Now add bitter gourd into the batter and mix properly.

4.Heat oil for deep frying.
