INGREDIENTS OF OATS APPLE LADOO
- Quick multigrain oats- 1 cup
- Apple- 1
- Roasted peanuts – 1/4 cup
- Raisins -1/4 cup
- Almonds- 1/4 cup
- Honey -4 tsp
- Powdered Jaggery-2tbs
Preparation
Steps of Oats Apple ladoo recipe:
- Roast 1 cup quick oats on low to medium heat until they turn brown. keep aside.
- Grind all the nuts and raisins in the grinder .
- Peel and grate the apple.
- In a pan heat 2 tbsp of water add grated apple, add jaggery reduce the apple jaggery mixture to make a purée or apple sauce.
- In a bowl mix roasted oats, nuts mixture and apple sauce add honey and mix well.
- Now make small balls from the mixture .
- Your Oats apple energy bites are ready. Enjoy…. Storage and Shelf Life – Store it in an airtight container in fridge upto 15 days .
