INGREDIENTS OF OATS APPLE LADOO

  • Quick multigrain oats- 1 cup
  • Apple- 1
  • Roasted peanuts – 1/4 cup
  • Raisins -1/4 cup
  • Almonds- 1/4 cup
  • Honey -4 tsp
  • Powdered Jaggery-2tbs

 

Preparation

Steps of Oats Apple ladoo recipe:

  1.  Roast 1 cup quick oats on low to medium heat until they turn brown. keep aside.
  2. Grind all the nuts and raisins in the grinder .
  3. Peel and grate the apple.IMG-20190429-WA0098
  4.  In a pan heat 2 tbsp of water add grated apple, add jaggery reduce the apple jaggery mixture to make a purée or apple sauce.
  5.  In a bowl mix roasted oats, nuts mixture and apple sauce add honey and mix well.

  7. Your Oats apple energy bites are ready.
